Whom am I renting from?
In Case Of Emergency whom Shall I call?
Auto world Drive is an international Car Rental Broker and is affiliated with most renowned Car Rental companies in more than 5000 locations worldwide. Your car rental voucher clearly states the car rental agency and the pick up location.
What Am I paying for?Auto World Drive offers you fully inclusive rates. Your rate includes time & mileage and CDW insurance all other extras such as equipment (Ski Racks, Child Seats, GPS) are not included in the rate and should be paid locally to the car rental agency at the time of pick up.
What Does My Insurance Cover?Exact information on insurance coverage is available on your car rental voucher. In general, your insurance includes Collision Damage Waver with a specified deductible in case of accident (differs from supplier to another) and theft protection for the vehicle. Please check carefully your voucher for the exact coverage. Additional insurance like Personal Accident Insurance and Super CDW are options to buy directly from the car rental location at the time of pick up.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Reservation?Yes you can, but please make sure you adhere to the following cancellation policy to avoid unnecessary charges.

Can I make Changes To My Reservation?CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
- Reservations for minivans, minibuses and IDAR and up will have a 24 hour cancellation penalty, cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pick up, no refund.
- Unused days are now refundable with the exception of rentals commencing in the US, in which case: a fee equal to 3 days rental will apply if not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to pick up, with no refund for unused days.
- With the exception of the no shows fees charged by suppliers in certain countries, all other reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty at anytime before the expiration of the rental
Yes you can make changes to your reservation prior to the start of the rental. However, it is strongly recommended that you do not make any changes in high or festive seasons such as the summer holidays, Christmas, New Year and Easter vacations due to low availability of vehicles.
In the event you need to make changes, Auto world Drive will try its best to accommodate such changes without penalty depending on availability with the car rental company.
What About Hotel Bookings?In the event you need to make changes, Auto world Drive will try its best to accommodate such changes without penalty depending on availability with the car rental company.
Each and every hotel has a different cancellation policy. Please read carefully the conditions on your travel voucher to avoid penalties.
What Documents Do I need To Pick Up My Car?You would need the following documents to pick up the car at the location:
- A valid Driving License held for at least 2 years. In some locations you would need an international driving license with your local license.
- Original identification (passport or ID)
- Copy of your rental voucher
- A valid credit card, Amex, Visa, master. Some special vehicles may require 2 credit cards at the time of pick up. Please check your confirmation and/or your voucher for more details. An amount will be blocked on your credit card as security for any extras that are not covered by the rental voucher.
On each voucher there will be a contact number of the local car rental agency and another number 24/7 in case of emergency.
